Florida Clients: the first hour of travel from Port St. Lucie is complimentary and included with each session booked. Every additional hour will be charged a $35/hr fee.

Out of state: Starting 2026, I will be charging a flat rate of $350 for clients booking outside of Florida. This rate will be split evenly with everyone booking shoots. This fee helps to cover airfare, hotels, car rentals, food etc. while I am away from home.

I prefer to have a minimum of 4 clients to book travel outside of Florida. Don't hesitate to reach out, often times we can get together a group of people so that the travel fee can be split.

I can provide custom rates for private travel if you want to book a session that works best with your schedule.

All packages include a complimentary prep guide I have prepared with helpful tips to set up your session for success. An online gallery within 4-6 weeks of session to select your images. Availability to order fine art prints for your home.

Upon booking and confirming date & location, I require a 30% non-refundable (for Florida clients) deposit and 50% non-refundable (for out of state clients) deposit that goes towards the session fee.

The remainder of the fee is due at the date of your session. This can be split into multiple payments however is easiest for you.

The non-refundable deposit allows me to book all travel expenses necessary to make the session happen!
